The GMCC Mission Citrus Golf Classic Returns in 2026 to Support Mission Students

MISSION, TEXAS - The Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce is hitting the green for a great cause this May. They have officially opened their registration for their highly anticipated sporting event, the Mission Citrus Classic Golf Tournament, happening Friday, May 1, 2026 at the Shary Municipal Golf Course. They are calling all golf enthusiasts to grab their golf clubs and hit the links to support the future of Mission students. 

The Mission Citrus Golf Classic is proudly sponsored by Cano & Sons Trucking LLC. It is one of the chamber’s signature events that combines networking and community involvement and part of the proceeds generated from the tournament will benefit Mission CISD and Sharyland ISD students to help support their academic success. 

Event Details

  • Format: 18-hole, 3-person team scramble
  • Registration: 7:30 AM

• Tee Off: 8:30 AM

• Included: Registration includes green fees, golf cart, gift bags, breakfast and lunch.
